When a standard (monthly or annual) membership expires, all of your property listings will be deactivated and hidden from the site. To make your listings live again, you’ll need to renew your membership and reactivate each property. If you’ve purchased the lifetime plan, your membership never expires—so your listings stay active without any renewal required.

First, read their message carefully and note any questions or requests they’ve made about your property. Next, reply promptly—buyers appreciate quick responses. Answer their questions clearly and offer any additional info they might need, like more photos, floor plans or neighborhood details. If they’re still interested, suggest a viewing. To remove a listing, log in and go to your My Properties (or Active Listings) dashboard. Find the property you want to remove and click Edit (or the three-dot menu). Toggle its status from Active to Inactive. Your listing will immediately be hidden from public view—no further action required.
